Genotype (BB cmc ee for males and BB cmc e- for females): Homozygous black base (BB) with one copy each of (cm) mottling and (c) with (e) brown. This is the darkest form of the chocolate painted. This phenotype is referred to as grizzled chocolate painted.
Breeding results are: Grizzled chocolate painted, chocolate tuxedo and white.
