The Pencilled Red Palm is an all-red version of a typical Pencilled Palm. They breed true having homozygosity at each locus.
They are black winged bronze-based with gray, Narragansett, red, and pencilling.
Homozygous recessive genotype: (b'b' cgcg nn pnpn rr) with hens n- at the Narragansett locus.
Poults are solid yellow downed at hatch.
Approx. mature weights: Toms 25 lbs. Hens 13 lbs.
