Porter's Dynamic Parentage Test v32

This test does not use predefined parent crosses or stored percentages. It reads phenotype/genotype mappings, tests sire × dam genotypes, and calculates inheritance probabilities.

Test files: 1.js, 1A.js, 1B.js, 1C.js, 1D.js, 1E.js, 2.js, 2A.js, 2B.js, 2C.js, 3.js, 3A.js, 3B.js

Up to 5 offspring varieties can be searched together.
Test-engine assumptions: E and N are treated as sex-linked Z loci: a daughter receives her displayed E/e and N/n allele from the sire; a son receives one allele from each parent. A missing locus in a mapping entry is treated as unconstrained for phenotype matching. For a parent's own missing locus, the engine tests only loci needed by the selected offspring and uses the mapping's explicit information. This first version is intended to prove the reverse-search method before connecting all 20+ mapping files.
